Hi, I’m Maya, founder of La Maya Blush. 💖

La Maya Blush was created from a journey that was much more personal than jewelry.

For most of my life, I struggled with self-love. Like many women, I spent years giving so much of myself to everyone else that I slowly forgot how to give that same love back to me.

As I got into my late 30s, I found myself wearing so many different hats: wife, caretaker, business partner, entrepreneur, and anything else anyone needed me to be. Somewhere along the way, I lost sight of myself. It was also the first time in my life that I experienced people having negative opinions and misconceptions about who I was. Those experiences affected me more than I wanted to admit. I started focusing on what everyone else thought about me instead of what I thought about myself.

I neglected my own needs. I stopped pouring into myself. And most importantly, I forgot how to love me.

Eventually, I realized something had to change.

I decided that I deserved more from myself. More grace. More kindness. More patience. More love.

That decision became the foundation of La Maya Blush.

I didn’t just want to create beautiful jewelry. I wanted to create pieces that felt like little reminders. Reminders to slow down. To celebrate yourself. To romanticize your life. To embrace your femininity. And most importantly, to remember that you are worthy of love from the one person you’ll spend every day with: yourself.

Every piece is designed with the hope that when you put it on, you’ll be reminded to come back to you.

No matter who hurt you.

No matter what mistakes you’ve made.
